HopeForLanka provides IT services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and custom deliverables, refunds are handled as below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before work starts: Full refund of any advance, minus non‑recoverable payment processing fees (if any).
  • After work has started: Pro‑rated refund based on unspent time and costs. Completed milestones are non‑refundable.
  • Delivered work: Once final deliverables are approved or used on your systems/domain, payments are non‑refundable.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Third‑party costs already purchased on your behalf (e.g., domains, hosting, premium plugins, licenses, stock assets).
  • Expedited/urgent service fees.

4. Quality Issues

If you believe deliverables do not match the agreed specification, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear details. We will review and, where applicable, fix issues or offer a fair pro‑rated refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@hopeforlanka.com with your name, project reference, payment proof, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processor timelines may vary).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.
