Do not use our site/services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for content you provide and for keeping your login details secure.

5. Quotes, Payments & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes/fees. Work may commence after acceptance and (if required) advance payment.

6. Turnaround & Revisions

Estimated delivery timelines are guidelines, not guarantees. Minor revisions (as agreed in the quote) are included; extra work beyond scope may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Client content remains the client’s property.
Project deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment, except third‑party assets licensed under their own terms.

8. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate third‑party tools (e.g., hosting, security, email). Those services are governed by their own policies; HFL is not responsible for downtime or changes made by third parties.

9. Warranties & Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation and disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HFL harmless from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. You may cancel at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.

13. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Venue: courts of Sri Lanka.
